2023 Season Team Statement
We are devastated.
Following years of hard to work to bring elite ice hockey back to Queensland, the cancellation of the 2023 Pacific Hockey League season has left us shocked and saddened.
Those close to the team will know the major challenges we faced in the lead-up and during our first season and we are deeply heartbroken that it has now come to this.
Our players, coaches and team management were fully committed to the 2023 season with new signings and major announcements to come as early as next week
We have explored options to continue playing elsewhere next season however our request was declined.
Thank you to our passionate fans, our supporters, our players and coaches, our volunteers and everyone who helped make our inaugural season a big success.
